Terms and Conditions of Sale for QuantumNova products, solutions, and services.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of QuantumNova products, solutions, and services ("QuantumNova Solutions") available on https://quantumnova.xyz (the "Site"). By purchasing or using QuantumNova Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"QuantumNova", "we", "us", or "our" refers to QuantumNova; "you" refers to the customer or user purchasing or using QuantumNova Solutions.
QuantumNova provides software solutions and related products/services. Features, functionality, and limitations are detailed on the Site and at purchase. Review these descriptions before buying.
Your use is subject to these Terms and any applicable license or usage guidelines. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use is prohibited.
We may offer monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases. Subscription renews monthly on the original sign-up day.
You must provide a valid payment method ("Payment Method"). You authorize automatic charges for fees/purchases, including fallback to other saved methods if needed. Service may be suspended if payment fails until a valid method is provided.
Fees are charged on your billing date. If the date doesn't exist in a month, the charge occurs on the closest preceding day.
We may change prices; you'll be notified at least one month in advance. If you don't agree, cancel before the new price takes effect.
You can cancel anytime from your account page. To avoid the next charge, cancel by 11:59 PM (UTC) the day before your billing date.
Payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for partial periods or unused services. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Solutions are for your personal or authorized commercial use as specified in your purchase. Do not share, distribute, or publicly display outside the licensed scope.
Access may be restricted by location. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Software may require updates. By using our solutions, you agree to receive updates automatically.
All intellectual property rights in QuantumNova Solutions and related materials are owned by or licensed to QuantumNova.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the solutions during your subscription or as specified in your purchase agreement.
You're responsible for keeping account details (including password and payment information) confidential and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate your account for unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.
We strive for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee availability or error-free performance.
To the extent permitted by law, QuantumNova's liability for claims related to these Terms or your use of the solutions is limited to the amount you paid for the specific solution during the previous twelve (12) months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Portugal.
We may update these Terms. If significant changes are made, we'll notify you at least one month in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
By purchasing or using QuantumNova Solutions, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your account, purchases, and updates to these Terms.
